Order & Payment

Simply send me an email at mybabysfirstclothes@yahoo.com.sg with your chosen items and sizes, I will send you a confirmation email stating that your order has been received and will be processed within the next 3 working days. The payment options are:

Cheques
Cheques are to be crossed and made payable to “My baby’s first clothes.” Please note that in the case of cheque payment, your orders will be sent out only after the cheque has been received and cleared. As such, please allow a few more days for delivery.
Cash
You can pay by cash should you choose to pick up your orders from me. Please inform me when you send your order email and I will arrange for your items to be ready for collection.
Bank transfer You can pay by bank transfer to the following UOB account: My baby’s first clothes –account number 381-302-370-7. Please note that in the case of a bank transfer payment, your orders will be sent out only after the payment has been received.

Exchange Policy

My baby’s first clothes (MBFC) will be happy to exchange your purchases bought on this blog, within 7 days of date of receipt, should you need a change in design or size (only for regular priced items) or in the rare case of a manufacturing defect.

Products for exchange must be returned in new and unused condition with original packaging and proof of purchase (i.e. receipt). Please email me with your request and I will be in contact with you. Local mail charges (both ways) will be borne by you and MBFC will not be responsible for items lost in mail.

Please be advised that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any further charges incurred upon the return of the items are to be borne by the customer.

Exchange items are subject to availability.
